But when they do certain things, the footprint is apparent on the chart, and, only as tools, some indicators can pick this up. We dont trade indicators, and all indis are non-repaint. If price is that predictable then most traders would be profitable. But sadly, no. Banks activity can happen any time, any session. If theres money, they move the price, if there is none, even at the busiest period of trading (traditionally when UK and US session overlap), there will be no movement. Money drives the market, nothing else. No trendline, no indicator, no candlestick pattern, no price formation, etc. One of my students has just graduated. When you join the Skype group, ask him whether the system has anything to do with your queries. In terms of R:R, the TP must always be bigger than SL, otherwise theres no point of trading. If these executives did not care about their employees, why would they devote so much time to self improvement to better their communication and work habits I really got to know the Martinez family while working there. The CEO is sweet, the President is a stubborn, rude and unprofessional. He039s never in the office and expects total unrealistic dedication from everyone and every department. He039s in his 30s and has no real interest in his employees. His brother, the CFO is a lot more professional and is more of a open door leader. I039ve seen over 25 co workers get laid offlet go on the spot. Even great workers who were here for a long time, all without notice and due to 039budget cuts039. But they continue to hire people that leave other companies to come here and then without a warning of any kind, gone overnight. The company currently faces many lawsuits and getting to know the executives and management better in time, I039ve come to the realization that this place will continue with the largest turnaround of employees. I come here and do my work. I excel as best as I can, but I feel under appreciated. No kudos just lectures. As soon as I can replace this income to help my family with another one, I will be here. Warning to everyone. Companies excel and grow quickly, just as quickly they fall apart. Advice to Management My advise to the President of the company, stop putting your employees down and reward them more often. Your appearance is mostly shown through frustration and hard times and not when we do really well. It039s exhausting.
